He is the founder and director of the Center for COnsitutional Transitions. A member of the United Nations Mediation Roster. Was a consultant for countries undergoing constitutional transitions in Jordan, Sri Lanka, Libya, Eygpt, Nepal, and Tunisia. A member of the Governing Toronto Advisory Panel.
